Not an agency

Applying to Europe? You don't have to do it alone.

From choosing the country to submitting the documents, we build your application together. I'm Sadat. I live in Brno, I founded Verifex, and I did my own European applications end to end.

1500–2000 AZN not 700 AZN · up to 5 universities · 50% back if every one rejects you

Who I am

I'm a founder, not a consultancy. That's why the work looks different.

My name is Sadat Nazarli. I live in Brno and I founded Verifex: a system companies use to check new customers against international sanctions lists. It has paying customers.

Before that I worked in fintech, building customer-verification systems for payment companies.

Alongside that I study International Relations and European Politics at Masaryk University. So I see the European application system both from the paperwork side and from the inside.

I did my own European applications myself: a full scholarship from Lithuania and admissions from 8 more universities. Choosing the universities, the motivation letter, the documents, the visa: all of it. I never paid an agency.

I work the same way here: nothing hidden about how I do it, saying upfront what I cannot do, and delivering every piece on time.

What I do

Process

From the first call to submission

  1. 01

    Free first call

We talk through your goal, your grades and your budget. If I can't help you, I tell you in that call.

  2. 02

    University list

I research the programmes and come back with a list, deadlines and requirements included. We agree on it together.

  3. 03

    Documents and texts

The document checklist, the motivation letter and the CV. We edit the texts together over several rounds.

  4. 04

    Submission

We complete the forms and upload the documents. You get the confirmation for every application sent.

  5. 05

    Decisions

We go through the answers together. After admission comes the visa stage, and that's a separate package.

Price

One package, one price

1500–2000700 AZN

Agencies charge 1500–2000 AZN for the same work. I charge 700 AZN, less than half.

Up to 5 university applications · each extra university +100 AZN

50% to start, 50% when the applications are submitted

Not included in the price

  • University application fees
  • Translation and notarisation
  • Recognition (nostrification) fees
  • Visa and other official state costs

You pay these directly. The money never passes through me.

Add-on package

You're admitted. The work isn't over.

199.99 AZN

The visa is a separate process and the risk there is real: one wrong or incomplete document can get it refused. I don't fold it into the main package. I do it separately, at a clear price.

The package covers

  • Which document is needed, in which form, and how long it must stay valid: the full list, checked
  • Proof of funds and insurance prepared to the requirements
  • The embassy or consulate application: appointment, forms and document set
  • Interview preparation, where that country requires one
  • Tracking the application afterwards and preparing the response if further documents are requested

You can also run this stage through a visa agency. I'm simply offering to do the same work myself, for less.

The visa decision is made by a state authority, not by me. I give no guarantee. What I'm accountable for is that the documents are correct, complete and on time.

Refund

If every university rejects you, I return 50% of the fee.

If every university you applied to sends a rejection, 50% of what you paid comes back to you. The conditions are simple:

  • We agreed the university list together.
  • You provided the documents and kept to the agreed deadlines.
  • You did not withdraw any application.
Full terms

Straight talk

I don't guarantee admission. Nobody can.

The decision isn't mine

Admission is decided by the university, a scholarship by whoever funds it, a visa by the state. I can't influence any of them.

“100% admission” is a lie

Anyone promising it either doesn't know the process or is misleading you on purpose. Be careful when you hear it.

What I do promise

An honest assessment, telling you to your face when your chances are weak, every document prepared on time and in order, and every step explained.

FAQ

Frequently asked

  • Bachelor's or master's?

Both. The logic is the same: programme choice, documents, texts, deadlines. We cover the differences for your case in the first call.

  • Which countries?

Czechia, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Hungary and the United Kingdom. Czechia is the one I know best, because I live there. I don't work with Poland: there are serious student visa problems.

  • How long does it take?

It depends on the deadlines of the universities you choose. In the first call we draw up a concrete calendar for you. The earlier we start, the more options you have.

  • Do I need IELTS or TOEFL?

For most universities, no. The Duolingo English Test is accepted at more and more of them: it's cheaper, you take it from home and results come back fast. But requirements differ per university. When we build your list we check each one, so you don't sit an exam for nothing.

  • Will you write the motivation letter for me?

No. We write it together: I give structure, ask the questions and edit, and the text stays yours. I'm not a service that sells ready-made letters; universities recognise those.

  • How does payment work?

In two parts: 50% when we start, the remaining 50% when the applications are submitted. We agree the exact payment method in the first call.

  • What if every university rejects me?

If every university you applied to rejects you, I return 50% of the fee. The conditions: we agreed the list together, you provided the documents, you kept to the deadlines, and you didn't withdraw any application.

  • How are you different from an agency?

Price and accountability. Agencies charge 1500–2000 AZN for the same work; I charge 700 AZN. At an agency your application is often filled in by an operator who has never met you. That's where the university problems come from: the wrong programme, incomplete documents, a missed deadline. With me there is one person in front of you, every document is prepared on time and in order, the price is written on this page, and I promise no guarantees.
