Terms and refund conditions

This page sets out the terms of the university application consulting service provided personally by Sədat Nəzərli. The service is provided by one person; there is no company, agency or branch network behind it.

The terms take effect before work begins. Starting work means agreeing to them.

The service includes:

• discussing the country and the career path;
• choosing universities and programmes, and building the list together;
• working together on the motivation letter and CV. The texts are written in the client's own words, while the consultant provides structure, questions and editing;
• preparing and checking the list of required documents, and completing and submitting the application forms;
• searching for scholarship opportunities that match the client's profile.

The service does not include:

• visa applications. Not part of the main package, offered as a separate package (see section 3);
• residence permits and relocation;
• translation, notarisation and recognition of documents;
• writing the motivation letter or any other personal text on the client's behalf;
• exam preparation and language courses (unless agreed separately).

• The package costs 700 AZN and includes up to 5 university applications.
• Each additional university is +100 AZN. Additional universities are added to the list only after the client agrees.
• 50% of the fee is paid when work begins.
• The remaining 50% is paid once all agreed applications have been submitted.
• The visa package is separate: 199.99 AZN. It covers collecting and checking the correct documents, preparing proof of funds and insurance, the embassy or consulate application, interview preparation where required, and tracking the application afterwards. The visa decision is made by a state authority; the outcome is not guaranteed.

Payment method: [PAYMENT METHOD: bank transfer, card, etc.]. The price is as shown on the site; it is not raised during discussions.

The client pays the following directly; this money does not pass through the consultant and is not part of the package price:

• university application fees;
• translation and notarisation of documents;
• fees for recognition (nostrification) of diplomas and certificates;
• visa, insurance and other official state costs;
• exam and language certificate fees.

• Provide documents and information accurately, completely and at the agreed time.
• Work on the texts together: the motivation letter and CV cannot be produced without the client's participation.
• Keep to the agreed deadlines. If a deadline is missed because of the client, no responsibility is taken for that application.
• Follow the messages coming from universities and pass on important information promptly.

• Assess the profile honestly and say openly when the chances are weak.
• Do the agreed work on time and explain every step.
• Share the confirmation of every application submitted.
• Not share the client's documents and personal data with third parties, except as required to apply to the universities.

If every university applied to sends a rejection, 50% of the amount paid is returned to the client.

The refund applies when all of the following are met:

• the university list was agreed together and confirmed in writing (message or email);
• the client provided the required documents and information and kept to the agreed deadlines;
• the client did not withdraw any of the applications;
• the information the client provided in the applications was truthful.

The refund does not apply when:

• at least one university offered admission, even if the client declined that offer;
• an application was not submitted because of a deadline missed by the client;
• the rejection was caused by incorrect or incomplete documents provided by the client;
• the client stopped the work partway through (in that case the fee for work already done is not returned).

A refund must be requested within [X] days of the final rejection and is returned within [X] working days, by the method used for payment.

No guarantee of admission or of a scholarship is given. Admission is decided by the university, a scholarship by the organisation funding it, and a visa by the relevant state authority. None of those decisions can be influenced.

The service is aimed at preparing the application well and on time; it is not a guarantee of the outcome.

The client's documents and personal data are used only for the application process. They are passed to universities and application systems only to the extent the application requires.

A client's name, result or testimonial appears on the site only with their explicit permission.

These terms may change, but changes do not apply to work already started: each client is covered by the terms in force on the day their work began.
